Hi! My name is Laura and I am the owner of Laura Ashley Medical Aesthetics in Deep River, ON. I am origionally from Sudbury, ON where I completed my Bachelors of Science in Nursing. I have been a Registered Nurse for 9 years and have a young family with my husband Dan. When I am not immersing myself in the world of medical aesthetics, or working at our local hospital ICU, my 4 year old daughter and 2 year old twin boys keep me on my toes!

I am passionate about all things health and wellness, and prioritize a balanced lifestyle of healthy meals, self-care, working-out and wine :) Being outdoors and any chance to be off the grid with family and friends fuels my soul.

My interest in medical aesthetics began after I had my boys, and I started researching and becoming interested in the field. Life got in the way and I decided to go back to work in the ICU and see how life unfolded with three little ones. I continued to have thoughts about medical aesthetics over a year later so I decided to sign up for my course through THMA in Ottawa. I’m a big believer in not ignoring intuition and to take the leaps whenever we are given these signs in life. It turns out I have found my passion and the field of medical aesthetics is the perfect blend of continuous learning, art, science and engaging in real relationships with my clients. Throughout my life I knew I would do something creative and meaningful, but I never knew I would be fortunate enough to enhance, create and sculpt beauty in others to help them feel their best and live their lives glowing with confidence and happiness.
